Just tell her that you like her and if your that shy about it then write a note a give it to her. Or better yet tell her your feelings for her.

move on. not everyone you like will like you. if you continue to want her, you will end up a stalker. move on, there are plenty of women in the world. trust me, I have met many of them, they exist.
