Dominican Republic. it is one of the cheapest places to visit in the caribbean. and you can do all inclusive resort *includes airfare, hotel, all food/drinks/pool, excursions*

I would say Paris....but thats real expensive ( i've been there) ....a really interseting place to visit is Tortuga...not a lot of people would expect it to be since its considered a "pirate island"...if i had the money, thats where I'd go..
