WHy is it the daughter's business anyway--if the lady can make her own decisions, and is able to work, and that is what she wants to do, she should tell her daughter she will do what she wants to do, and doesn't need the daughter's permission to do it. And cut her out of any will.

if she's not old enough to do what she wants by now put her in a closet. My great-grandmother worked everyday till she was 96 and had she not fell 'at home ' putting out a fire I believe she would still be here,---working.

Not at eighty years old! If She just wants to earn money then let her work from home doing something like making crafts and selling them or selling stuff on eBay.com or participating in discussions for money at mylot.com.
