There are plenty of great flights schools out there - it really depends on where you live as to where I would suggest. Good way to find a list of schools is on http://www.beapilot.com/ its the aopa website that tells about becoming a pilot, and has a list of schools.

I know that the flight school in Pittsburgh hired some new CFIs. Don't know if they are still hiring but you could check them out.
