yea not a lot but for the past 2 days my left eye has been twitching like crazy and its soo annoying

Yes. It's a stress thing, facilitated by overdoing it on caffeine and alcohol, not getting enough raw veggies, and generally running low on magnesium.
If you go easy on the substances, indulge in salads, and generally relax, it'll go away.

i do sometimes. its normally when im in a really really bright light.
it is kinda weird when it happens. i get a weird feeling like i've been shocked or something.
does it happen often to you?
