if he is scared to even be your friend, i don't think he's gonna go out with you...and any guy who truely loved you would not keep his girlfriend...i say you have to learn the feeling of dissapointment which so many of us have felt before so don't feel alone:)

If the guy u like has a girlfriend then it would be very wrong to go out with him. I mean other than u would probably be called a s lu t or a h o its still wrong and if he tells u that he likes u but wont break up with his gf then hes probably wants to fool around so ull jus end up being hurt. nd y would u ask someone if they want to be ur friend??? just try talking to him normally and dont be afraid. gud luk

First of all, why is he afraid of you? Maybe he is really committed to his girl, so just wait until he breaks up with her, then try getting him to be your friend. Would you want someone to take your boyfriend. Have respect for how he feels. If you get the chance to be his girlfriend, you won't have to worry about someone taking him from you because he seems to be a very trustworthy person when it comes to relationship.

i dont reccommend it because it makes you seem like disrepectful of the commitment between two people. Also rumors get around and if your turn out to be the bad girl

you can but it usually ends up badly. And would you want to date someone who has cheated on someone else already?
