Libra's are air signs and Taurus's are earth signs. i have read before that earth and air don't mix but my Husband is an air (Aquarius) and I'm a Taurus. yes he gets on my nerves but hey, I have to realize that is him. I just usually try to see his perception of things and see where he is coming from before i open my mouth. The one thing I can't stand is stupidity and let me tell you he can be stupid sometimes but it makes life interesting. I know I probably drive him crazy too sometimes but that makes us who we are and we don't try to change each other. My step-son is a Libra and we get along fine. You also have to realize that there are more than one sign, we have a moon and rising sign as well. We match up to most of our signs. That's why we get along. Maybe he'll have other signs that are more compatible with the Taurus. If you like this guy then I would say go for it not just because of his sign but because he is respectful to you and will treat you good. Which is one factor of a Libra, they also don't like confrontations. They like to have people around them.

My wife and I are the opposite way. I'm a tauras and she is a libra.
Anyway, show him you're interested, but let him actually make the first move. Then once he does, go with it. As long as you can keep things moving forward and not get frustrated with his indecisiveness, you'll do fine.
