Heck yes, I would! And I'd even give them a holiday greeting in return...Merry Christmas, Merry Yule, and Blessed Be!

Why not? I don't think it's hypocritical for an unbeliever to say "Merry Christmas" to a Christian or "Happy Hanukkah" to a Jew. As long as the thought is sincere, that's what counts in my book. I'm not sure how I would answer back, though. And another thing: how do you know what the other person believes unless they tell you?

Absolutely, and I do thank you for the sentiment.
Would you accept holiday greetings from a Christian?
To avoid any conflict, how bout I just say "Back Atcha, Sho Nuff!!"
Oh, and here's hoping you and yours have a bles----ooops! That is, a wonderful New Year, all year long!

Sure. They get off work and like to spend time with their family and freinds too. Even though I'm not religious, I do think the holidays are a positive thing because they bring people together in peace and benevolence and give people time to relax and reflect.

Well; believe it or not. I don't hate atheists. We are not supposed to hate anyone for that manner. I would accept a greeting such as "happy holidays". Its what I know that matters most to me.

Why not? Atheists enjoy the holiday season as much as the next person. We just celebrate it for different reasons. Happy Winter Solistice!
