East coast 5 hours behind
Central 6 hours
Midwest 7 hours
West 8 hours
All of these are behind uk time.

Midnight PST is 3 a.m. EST, then add 5 hours, and the answer is 8 a.m., or 0800 UCT

Well - BST - as in British Summer Time is one hour ahead of Universal Time (Greenich Mean Time - or GMT). I have no idea what "pst" means. (Unless you want to shhhhh - keep quiet about the E Iglasias thing?)

7pm is Eastern standard time deduct 3 hours and you'd have 4 pm I believe.
