There is this guy and I'm crazy about him I've liked him for over a year, I talk to him and flirt with him somtimes and he knows I've liked him for a while but someone told him how much I like him on Thursday. Hes in a couple of my classes and I know him pretty well. I'm kinda shy and hes kinda shy. I'm about 2 inches taller than him. I know he likes this other girl but I know for a fact he has no chance with her but guys can like more than 1 girl. He hasen't said anything bad about me but when someone asked him about me he said (lets pretend my name is jane) "mmm... jane". I think it was the good kinda 'mmm'. I know I'm crazy over him and every part of my body just wants to scream untill I die becouse I love him so much and I don't know what he thinks about me!

i dunno...even if you know he doesn't have a chance with this other girl, he may be blindly in love...as you are for him...like...when he said mmm jane...that could have just been how he says mmm...but you deeply interpreted it although it may have meant nothing...which is probably what is goin on with him and the girl he likes
and you are right that people can like more than one person
but i really have to break it to you that you can't make someone like you back. you can be the most wonderful girl, but he just might not like you...you probably don't like me telling you this...especially since i'm just some person on yahoo answers but...i was once like you...until i learned...i mean...you can try and try...but...sometimes you just can't.
i truely do not want you to get ur hopes down, but i don't want to give you an illusion which could end up breaking your heart ten times worst if he doesn't feel the same
what you can do is try talking to him about how you feel
maybe you should invite him out with you(even with you and some friends or to a beach party or something)and try to get to know him outside of school before you decide to tell him your feelings

I don't mean to rain on your parade but if this guy has known for a while that you like him and he hasn't done anything about it, (even with you flirting with him...) it's probably a bad sign. On the other hand, there's only one way to find out for sure...Talk to him! I know it's hard for someone who's shy, but what's the worst that can happen...he says he's not interested...so what?! There are plenty of guys out there who I'm sure would love to talk to you. Taller, more handsome guys even...LOL! Good luck!

I know how you feel
when I was in middle school and high school I had the same thing
but I liked a guy for 4 yeas and he was in every one of my class
I think you should hang out w/ him at like a school game or event and see if you really like him for his looks or both looks and personality
cause I have sen alot of my best frineds fall for the looks
date a guy then he turns around and is himself a jerk once he has her
so make sure you don't miss his (if he has them) jerk moment becuase you are soo caught up in loving him

Ok now you know he likes you, so if he likes you back he will make a move. Just be patient because you know he is shy. If he isnt interested nothing will happen and you will have to focus somewhere else.

Just talk to him that happened with my first crush I liked him for like ever but he never really showed interest and one day we started talking and I found out he had liked me the whole time.He ended up spending spring break with me.Granted we broke up but still he probably does like you.
