Unless the person allergic, I don't think it really even affects the skin. If it's left on for a while (for SOME reason, whatever that would be), it might even make that patch of skin really dry. However, I did read in Cosmo magazine about a year ago or so that it does help whiten teeth!!!!

No. It is not a "natural moisturizer". There are lots of biochemical reasons as to why not...but I won't bore you with them (I could go into issues of salinity, pH, an bio-hazards). Just buy a bottle of Jergen's for her skin...its useful for you too when she's not around.
