I like a dessert when I'm dining out; something special that I don't make at home. Black Forest cake, cheesecake, darn near anything with chocolate.

For me, this is a no-brainer...............

Filet mignon and lobster tails with drawn butter or

cheescake.................

Hands down, the surf and turf...........I can get dessert anytime......and most restaurants don't make their own desserts, they get them from professional bakeries..............Very few make desserts anymore........

Now, if I have a light meal and the restaurant makes Crepes Suzettes or Bananas Foster tableside, then you might just twist my arm into splurging and unfastening my belt a notch.......Enjoy the holidays...........

dessert because not every dessert has the same affect as a potatoe. plus it's more of a variety. also when you eat dessert it doesn't seem like you ate as much to other people because you aren't having a zillion servings.
