I just finished downloading itunes 7.0.2 and when i click the icon to install it itunes frezzes or stops right before it was about to finish adding music to my playlist

try downloading again or contact apple.com

make sure you have enough space on your hard drive for all the additional files. Might try it in safe mode and see if it functions better. Not sure if it will load music into playlist that way, but worth a try. Also, might try uninstall/reinstall as well.

If you saved it to a folder, try restarting your computer and then install it.
