It is your wedding and you should have it the way you want it.
There will always be people around to complain in any situation, never mind that, and enjoy your "special" day.

If I were at your wedding and heard those songs being played I would think that the song angel would be fine but sweet child o' mine, is a little a strange. Honestly speaking

I would honestly think I was in "House of the 80's." Ok, I could KIND OF see "Angel" being played (and only if it was JUST the instrumental version by the way) but "Sweet Child O'Mine?" Seriously, you need to choose something else for your recessional. Save G&R for the reception if you must. By the way..I do love that kind of music, it's just not a very mature or appropriate choice for a wedding ceremony...would be totally FINE for the reception. Good luck!

You may want to do some more serious research of the meaning of the lyrics of these songs. Especially Sweet Child of Mine-- not a song I would want associated with my wedding.

I love originality. You should play what ever song you want and not worry about what others will think. When (if) I ever get married I want to have the song 'White Wedding' by Billy Idol played when I walk down that isle. :-)

Your wedding should have your personal stamp on it. I didn't use any traditional music at my wedding. I was sick of the wedding march and the horribly cliched Canon in D. make it your own. It's your day! Have fun and best of luck!

I would not care what anyone else thinks. Its YOUR wedding you do what YOU want. I personally think its cool! Remember either way your wedding will be talked about both negative and positive

Of course! I took a liking to it when I became 12, and most girls now shop there that are about 12. And who cares about bras and underwear? It's girls stuff, and if you need it, then it shouldn't be a problem. It just shouldn't be all those lacy and that "sexi" stuff...

as long as those choices would make you happy. This is your special day and you know the choices that would make it memorable. Go for it as long as somebody else did not impose them on you. Much happiness.
