Melon, or pehaps ginger but then pistachio is nice, so is rum and raisin. Oh hell I love most of them.
Years ago I used to go to a place in Italy. There was an Ice cream Parlour there called the Pink Follies. They had these great big dishes, Martini glass shape and you could have a scoop of every flavour they had. It was like heaven.

I really like mint chocolate chip, but yesterday I made a really yummy ice cream-combo:
+Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
+Hershey's Chocolate Sauce
+Rainbow Sprinkles
I crumbled up Golden [[Vanilla flavored]] oreos and regular oreos and added them in.
I mixed a little, but not too much.
Voila! An amazing ice cream flavor that takes only minutes to make!
