You have to cut back on calories and eat smart. Adding exercise such as jogging, weight lifting and swimming will also help. Try to eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy and water. water, water. If you drink soft drinks, switch to diet. Eat lower fat versions of salad dressing, mayo etc.. The point is you have to take in less and burn more to lose weight. You may put on pounds in muscle if you start exercising. Go by how your clothes fit and not by the scale so much.. If you really don't know where to start, hire a personal trainer.

It can be done, but make sure that you are eating healthy and keeping yourself hydrated. When I worked 12 hours I barely ate a thing because when I wasn't working I was sleeping. I had no time for food. You need to first see a doctor and if your health is good try this: You know the 48 hour diet do it once a week, get your colon cleansed at least 2 or 3 times in that 2 month period. If you don't lose 30 pounds it will be very close to it but after the weight comes off slowly start back eating foods you like just control your portions. Good Luck!

Just do the Weight Watchers program. Do cardio exercises at least 4-5 times a week and if you really want to trim down a lot add in tae bo. I did tae bo 5 times a week and I was able to lose my weight that way. It took me 2 1/2 months to lose 20 lbs so I don't know about losing 30 lbs in 2 months. Everyone's body is different. Its better to not lose all the weight too quickly because it will stick with you longer. The quicker you lose the weight..its much easier to gain it all back.

there is no healthy diet that goes beyond losing 2-3 lbs a week. the body can only metabolize so much fat in a given amount of time. extreme weight loss usually goes hand in hand with muscle catabolism. it is very easy to lose a significant amount of "scale" weight while simultaneously getting fatter due to muscle loss.

Body for Life is amazing, if you follow it exactly as it is laid out. Is a combination of diet and exercise...the two together produce great results.
