We are missionaries living in Brazil. Where do we get medical cover for any eventuality?

We don't need repatriation because the medical services here are very good. We are a family of six people. We need to keep our costs as low as possible but we balance that against the importance of good health.

You ask your denomination or sponsoring agency to do that. That is one of the things that they are supposed to do for you.
