It died on the cross with Christ.

So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Jesus said... I am the resurrection and the life, he that believeth in me, though he were dead yet shall he live,
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this ?

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection, on such the second death hath no power...

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away.

Sometimes even death may die. I wonder, infinity might mean that you could go somewhere else when you die, and then die there only to come back to this place again. Death, who can really tell you about death?

"But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man... For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death."
