You want to kill the bacteria in your mouth. So floss to get rid of the bacteria stuck between your teeth, use mouthwash, brush your teeth before you go to bed and when you wake up, brush your tongue, use bacteria fighting tooth paste. Try not to keep your mouth tightly closed for long periods of time. You want to keep the saliva moving around so bacteria doesn't have time to grow. You could buy those portable tooth brush things called brush ups. You can keep them in your purse and brush your teeth anywhere anytime without needing water and having to rinse.

Brush your teeth more. Brush before school, and if you can bring a toothbrush to school and brush after lunch.
Bad breath is often caused by food particles left in the mouth.

Don't eat food with strong flavors. Rinse with mouthwash if there is no time to brush after meals. Keep listerine strips in your pocket for emergencies.

It doesn't matter what you eat, the key to getting rid of bad breath is FLOSSING. Every day. And brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth. Seriously, floss your teeth, that will help 100%

its not just the bacteria in your mouth, but the bacteria in your stomach and intestines. not to mention the fecal plaque and rotting waste you have in there. consider some kind of fasting to cleanse your intestinal tract, or look into colonix (www.drnatura.com)
