Its a pee test, I have smoked marijuana many times recently, stopped yesterday when I found out. How much Niacin? how do i take it, and with what? please help and I know the easiest answer is to not smoke weed but its obviously TOO LATE FOR THAT :)

Lab tested urine will show elevated antioxidant levels it will also show low levels of creatine (which is a sign of flushing your system). however strip samples will not show antioxidants (niacin). try taking 500mg tabs of slow niacin 2x daily (use slow acting to prevent redness of the skin, hot flashes, itching). try flushing with high levels of h2o but take a supplement of creatine (these products are readily available at head shops or health food stores). Note: calcium supplements will restore color to your urine.

Unless you have high cholesterol or triglycerides, taking niacin will do you more harm than good. It will have no effect on your ability to pass a drug test. The 'flushing' you are hoping is like flushing a toilet, removal of waste. The 'flushing' caused by niacin is similar to blushing, the dilation of capillaries causing your skin to turn red. Two different meanings for the same word.

Niacin may help flush it out of your system but won't do it in 5 days. It doesn't matter how much you take either. Your body can only absorb so much of a given mineral. the rest it flushes out with the rest of your now dark yellow pee. Nothing you can take will help pass the test. It will only give false negatives, which are about as good as positives. Some drinks out there may dilute your urine for one piss episode, but timing is everything and may not work if you smoke a lot. Try seeing if you can postpone the test. tell them you had a bunch of poopyseed muffins (which contain opiates) or your taking a medication for a skin rash that contains steroids.

niacin doesn't do squat, detox drinks, golden seal or any of those items will not work. in your case your best bet will be found in the link posted below...
Edit for IM hip:
lab tested urine does not show low levels of creatine. I've sent 10 different test samples to a 3rd party test lab to verify this...

No Niacin will not help. Drugs ingested into the system(also smoking) can be found in your hair(up until a year later). So that won't help. Good luck!

Go to gnc an buy "The stuff" and it will make you pass your drug test. They guarentee the product.
Drink water and take 2 Tablespoons of white vineger before you go for your test.
