you just have to keep telling yourself that this relationship is different, and not assume he's going to cheat. Don't let your past relationships control you, because they will steer you down the same path.

Be more cautious with who you date. Meaning dont jump into a relationship AS SOON as you find out a guy likes you. Take things slow. Get to know him more and his style of dating and how his past relationships went.
As for trusting someone, just because your ex may have done something to cause your trust issues to shift, doesnt mean this guy will do the same.
Go into each relationship with a cautious but open mind.

Research where you have found these men and go some where else. If you keep finding men in bars... dont go there. Another idea, dont look. That is often the time you'll find the right one. Work on yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Work to be the best you and dont focus on them.
