I don't always think blonds are the hottest women. Besides a large number of women who are "blond" are that way because of a bottle and not naturally that way. It takes more than blond hair to be attractive.

Usually plain normal guys. They like the blonde stereotype that the media has created. The fairy tale.
Basically there are all kinds of presuppositions that appeal to lazy guys who might not want to work for more.
I like bald chicks though, what do I know.

Im partial to blonds with blue eyes..I guess the reason I like them is the contrast of eyes hair and skin.

I like dark haired and dark skinned girls as a rule. I mean you never know but genrally dark haired girls just turn me on more.
