I'm so sorry for your news....You need to find a medical outlet....one that provides Doctors instruments...which area do you live in...I'll try and source one for you. I used to live in Croydon and there is one in Streatham. If you need any support, my Grandmother passed from cancer and my mum took care of her at home.

you can usually buy them in the £1 shops. i know this is a cheap option but i have several that i keep in the car for long journeys and they do the job.
or why not try the bath pillows you can get as they are usually covered with towelling.

Try you local mobility aids centre. They do equipment for disabilities and illnesses, that require specialist items.

try your local district nurse or the Macmillan nurse they should be able to tell you were you can get one or maybe loan you one they have access to a lot of equipment that people can borrow
