The full name of the club is 'the celtic football club' so its not 'glasgow celtic' or plain 'celtic'

Just celtic, but the funny thing is the celtic song says "Cause you only know that there's gonna be a show and the GLASGOW celtic will be there"
same with Rangers, they are just called Rangers, but they sing "For there's not a team like the GLASGOW rangers"
Bottom line don't worry about it, the fans clearly don't know either.
