The ideal weight for someone 5'2 is about 110. They say every inch you are above 5'0, add five pounds for your ideal weight. 5'1 is 105, etc. But everyone is different so I dont know how accurate that is... You sound fine to me but, if you really want to lose weight, I say 10 pounds at the most.

Don't obsess over 7 lbs that's ridiculous. I am 6' and weigh 245 the medical charts say my weight should 180-190 lbs but they do not account for the fact that I have been lifting weights and doing cardio for the better part of 20 years. My body fat count is a 7 very low would you consider me 55-60 lbs overweight? If you want to loose a few pounds go for a jog every morning or every evening that will tone you up and the "pooch" will disappear. But as your leg muscles grow and you become more toned you may maintain your current weight or even gain a lb or two of muscle (muscle weighs more than fat) the charts the physicians use are not designed for the physically gifted among us they are designed for the average do nothings so do not place too much stock in them I am sure you look fine just try the jog it will have the added benefit of raising your energy level and also make you feel better because your serotonin levels will be elevated.

there are some discs on cd, that you can pop into a walkman or into a bomb box that are pretty easy. look for workouts on tape? especially yoga, yoga is a great strenght training excersie that is no cost and no equiptment is needed great for sitting all alone in an office. they also have specialized workouts that will help your problem areas. but on a side note you are not over weight my anymean, modify your diet and you may be able to lose the few pounds that you are looking for.. good luck

You are fine just where you are at. IF for some reason you are NOT happy.... Do some "crunches" while you are sitting at your chair to tone up your stomach. It couldn't hurt!!

No, you shouldn't be 111lb, you can weigh anywhere between 100lb and 135lb. There is no one set weight, it depends on different factors, such as age, frame size and muscle mass. HTH : )

You should not be concerned about 7 pounds. Are you happy with yourself? I ask this only because your not even over weight.
