Neutering can help with some behavior issues.
Training works far better and even if you neuter you are still going to have to work on training issues with the dog.
Neutering is not a magic cure all for behavior problems.

yes, it does. It calms them down more, and they wont feel that finding a mate is necessary, AKA they MIGHT not try to run away as much
