I started getting chronic headaches at 20 (I'm 28 now). I didn't see a doctor until I started having them everyday for weeks at a time with no relief even when I would sleep (i would dream about headaches). Mine have a lot to do with stress and tension. I have tried several migraine medications, but those did not work for me. I do yoga, get massages and try to stay away from caffiene. I still suffer from headaches, but they are not as extreme.

You can try yoga or massage therapy if you feel like yours are stress related. If the headaches continue, you should probably check with your doctor.

I have headaches just about every day, migraine's mostly and I'm 25, I've had them for yrs now. I never thought it was anything serious at first until they got more frequent and worse. I suggest going to see a doctor.

It sounds like you are getting tension headaches which are brought on by stress. Tension headaches can last an entire day or many days at a time without relief and usually the back of your neck will also hurt.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
