How can you love someone with all of your heart and not be afraid to lose them? By lose them, i don't mean because they want to leave...i mean losing them to death....i mean i am terrified of the idea of losing someone i love to death....

I am saying this because i lost someone close to death years ago and till now...i cannot deal with the fact that he is gone....

So, how can you not feel scared of losing the one you love in an instant...without a warning...and without goodbyes?

The only way to be able to handle losing somebody you love to death is to have no regrets. Tell them how u feel for them everyday without hesitation, never keep anything from them, spend every day with them as if it were your last. That way, if you were to lose them you would have no regrets. LIfe is unpredictable and to love somebody with all your heart is a risk but life isnt worth it without a risk.

I feel the same way, afraid to lose the one person I fell in love with but I face that fear by being truthful to her at all times and telling her exactly how I feel when I feel it because if I lost her tomorrow I want her to know how I feel today. We realize just how fragile life is and we live every day to the best of our ability.

Theres no way not to be scared, love brings fear because nobody ever wants to lose the person they love with all their heart.

First of all you gotta get a grip. I lost my son 3years ago to a motorcycle accident. I talked with him the day before and told him I was comeing home.He was 25 and lived in Ga. and I in Ms.His death was so sudden I still can't believe it. All I know now is to treat the ones you love like you love them and pray for their saftey when your away. Make the best of all the time you have here because death is the only thing certain in this life. Learn as I did 'ways to cope'. Don't swet the little things and stay on the positive side. It's not possilbe for me to not fear being without the ones I love and I 'm glad I'm that way, I think it keeps me civilized.

I just have faith that no matter what happens in life I will be strong enough to pull through. Death is inevitable, you have to accept that. Its terrible to live in fear so don't dwell on these thoughts. If you are still having a tough time coping with a loss from years ago talk to someone about it. Consider being counseled or going to a therapy group or talking to another loved one about it. Also, make the time you spend with your loved ones meaningful and let them know how much you care about them.

I try not to think about that but l am scared that my loved ones will die without warning, just like you. But try not to focus only on that and enjoy the time you have with them, because we are all going to die at some point. So make the most out of each moment.

You have to understand and embrace the concept of life and death, in other to move on with your life.
Every body is born and everybody dies. You have to understand that loved ones have to die in order that loved ones will be born. Just like the sun rises and the sun sets, you couldn't appreciate one more than the order, they are both necessary for life to go on. As a Christian its much easier to move on when a loved who is a Christian dies, because you will know that he is better off than you who is here on earth, because he has gone to be with the Father. And there is greater joy in knowing that you will meet again never to part ways again.

Look on the bright side and move on with your life that is what your loved one will want.

i know exactly how you feel. i lost several close family members not over a year ago. i spent a long time mourning their deaths until i realized: they would not have wanted me to waste my life feeling sorrow. and also, if i don't let them go, their spirits won't go to st. peter. also, every "i love you" means that even after death, they will love you. please listen to my words. i may be only 16, but i have gone through a lot. also, try finding comfort in a pet or another animal. i was saved by cats, dogs, and horses.

I'm pretty certain that it was on an episode of Raw when he faced Randy Orton. This was during the DX/Rated RKO angle. One week it was HBK against Edge ten the following week it was these two. Edge interrupted the ref, Shawn beat him up on the outside and when HHH turned around *WHAM* R...K..O!!!

I agree it is difficult. You just half to come to the realization that eventually every has to die. So it makes it that much more important to spend every moment with this person and to make sure to tell them how much they mean to you.

With all of us being mortal and having to face death eventually, every minute alive is important and so are our decisions.

I too get an uneasy anxious feeling but I have to tell myself everyday that I have to make the best of my time while I have it because we just dont know what tomorrow holds. Thats why petty problems really dont matter.
