I've tried eating healthily, fruit, vegetables, pasta etc. for a few weeks, yet I don't look or feel any healthier than when I was eating crisps and chocolate.

Does it really make that much of a difference?

And I've not lost any weight or anything like that either, I'm not dieting anyway, but no change at all? Like all the healthy stuff still has the same amount of calories!

Fruits help more in the long run than they would in a few weeks, chips arent healthy at all, try to avoid them as much as possible.

a few weeks is not enough time to cause your metabolism to shift especially if one has not been living a healthy lifestyle for years and/or decades.

eating whole foods makes a world of difference but it is not something where results are seen overnight. eating a diet filled with processed foods is a sure fire way to live a very unhealthy life in your later years.

being physically fit is a lifestyle...

Yes it has made a difference. It makes your whole body stronger and you could last longer then those peole who eat a lot of junk food and get tired easily. And it also makes your heart stronger. Also, recent studies show that dark chocolate is good for the heart, but dont eat too much of it.

the calories may be the same, but the nutrients, vitamins and minerals certainly are not. some things you eat now, can still effect you years to come. calcium for one, is not able to be absorbed and stored by the body after you turn 30. you need to get your nutirents very very important for health and to keep from getting sick. for example, two people get the flu, one has been eating right, and the other junk. who do you think is going to get really sick and may7 even have to be put in the hospital? the other one, may not even recognize it as the flu, may just think they have a cold. completely true

fruit still has sugar in it, just less of it. sugar if not used by activity can still turn into fat and be stored. the most important thing to do to effect your weight is to start an excerise plan and change your eating habits, you have already begun. when you start to work out you will notice that you will be hungryer and you will be buring most of the calories that you inguest aswell as some of those built up pounds.. good luck and stick to it.

yes this food you are eating is healthier, chocolate is good for you in small amounts, and fruit and vegetable will always be better than 'junk' food for your body
