Take it to the vet. We had a dog with cancer in its mouth. I always felt that we could perhaps have got it to the vets sooner. Don't hang about, get there quickly and let him diagnose. Thats why they train for 5 years or so.........we can't give you an answer on yahoo........if you care abt your dog, take him to the vet.

Maybe its a mix of another dog. From the sound of it, it maybe
part chow. If its been there all his life probably nothing to worry
about but if you want to be sure, take it to a vet.

if in doubt check with a vet as soon as possible. could be a cancerous cell which if not treated can spread quite quickly. some breeds of dogs are prone to mouth cancer

IT IS PROBABLY NOTHING BUT TO BE in the best, take him to the vet or to a animal service for them to look at it. it is better than just waiting for it to weither get bigger or leave. remember when it comes to dogs or animals, they get viruses just like humans but more rapid and deadlier sometimes.

sometimes they do have birth marks on their tongues, but they tend to be there from birth, however they also get skin spots from time to time which is what it might be a form of, however if it is getting bigger, or swollen or red round the edges please take him her to the vet.
