I'm hoping that someone can help me find out what the Oregon Alley model penal code standard is and what it's based on. I've tried to google it but I can't find any answers or help!

Thank you very much for any helpful information and websites!

Oregon Penal Code

Do you mean the Oregon Revised Statutes, often abbreviated as, for example, ORS 811.140 Reckless driving.

The Oregon Revised Statutes is based on the model penal code which was developed by the American Law Institute in 1962 to reform and standardize the United States penal code; Oregon adapted almost all of the provisions of the model penal code.

I hope this helps. Merry Christmas and happy holidays.
