Its obvious that this concerns you. That's a good sign. Keep trying. Lots of people slide backwards. Its the effort to keep trying to stop that everyone doesn't have. You can do it.
Try the link below and see if that helps you out at all. Best of luck.

well been in your shoe´s , & unless you get help it will only get worse,, so go to your GP, tell him that ,you are drinking to much, explain how you feel & what it is doing to you, The A A is not the only service, there are many, he will put you in touch with people that can help you, but you are doing well, you have already started to help yourself , just by telling someone you have this problem. seek help, Merry Christmas to you

sounds to me like you are an alcoholic and need professional help. when you went through detox i am sure they gave you a sponser to call when or if you fall off. and since you did fall off maybe you should find that number and call asap. they can help you we can not because we do not know you. good luck and get help people do love you and you need to know that. happy holidays=)

Get some help sweetie...see a therapist or find a way to get to AA meetings. You need to stop the self destructive behavior and start taking care of and loving you.

i can speak from experience that it is hard to stay sober you start looking at everything as a excuse to drink. i have found that hiding it ruined my marrage and let to my downfall. i have picked myself up now i still do drink quite a bit but i dont hide it from my girlfriend or lie about it. and i dont let it affect my job proformance i have found a happy medium. But you deff need to realize u have a problem first.

We just buried my uncle from cirrosis of the liver. He could never quit. He was only 58 when he died. So, if you want to die, keep on drinking. Good luck.
