i once was able to have all the titles of the word documents i opened in the lower toolbar. i need to know what must be done in option or changed elsewhere so that i may view the names or the documents without having to minimize and search for each title.

To have several of them appear in the task bar, you have to open each one in a separate Word program. Once inside the program, you can only use the Cascade funtion to make them visible.

In the Task Bar, right click, Go to Toolbars, make sure Quick Launch is checked. Then in Word you can highlight several file names and open them all at once, executing Word several times. Hope that makes sense.
