I use Listerine whitening mouthwash every day. And about once every six months I use Crest white strips, make sure you get strips, not just the gel that goes on your teeth, your spit washes all of that away, and it never works.

Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.
Mix 1teasp peroxide with 1 teasp baking soda.
Brush teeth and leave on for about a minute.
If you do this two/three times daily you'll see a difference in no time.
You will actually notice a difference after the first few aps.
Make sure you rinse really well afterwards, as the peroxide can,
and will burn your gums if left in your mouth.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken.I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

i was nervous to use them in case it ruined my toot enamel but my dentist says they are fine. i used on i can't remember the name but it's two step - an accelerator and a whitener. you just brush them on and it worked quite well. i noticed an improvement but they weren't hollywood white and i would like them a little bit brighter. but effective for short term use yes
