When i entered the USA in 2006; i had my finger print and iris scan done. How long is this data held for and who has access to it?

I have left the country now and my ex-girlfriend is giving me loads of problems regarding our finances. Is it possible that she could report me for something and I could be charged under American law without knowing; I'm paranoid of returning to the USA at some point and being detained, even worse arrestsd.

They don't scan your iris, they just take your picture and fingerprint. This information is kept in your file till whenever they feel like it. You shouldn't be worried if you didn't do anything wrong, unless you owe her money and she files a report against you, then you will be detained and questioned and who knows?

Unless you did something wrong, you should have no fear of being arrested or detained. The prints and scan are for INS/governmental use only. Sure, the police department could ask for their use too, but only if you did something.
Financial issues aren't usually crimes (unless you wrote a bunch of bad checks, used a false id, or something like that).

flow to international places outdoors the Schengen section or no longer part of the ecu that are esaily accessible from the united kingdom (I forget approximately in regards to the visa standards, yet is an selection you will desire to evaluate if a schengen visa isn't accessible, this is maximum probably the case). those comprise places like Switzerland,Turkey, Russia, Tunicia and Egypt or maybe Libya. Turkey, Tunicia and Libya have many Roman ruins, many in plenty extra suitable shape than in Italy itself, museums in Moscow and St Petersbourgh have marvelous collections of eu artwork and Switzerland is Europe perfect :-)
