That is a great weight for you. You do not need to lose weight. Concentrate on being healthy and try not to let the current obsession with weight affect you.

First of all, forget what other people think (other than your Dr.)
Do you feel good?
Do fit into what clothes you have?
Can you make just about anything look good?
Basically, it all boils down to how you feel about YOU? It makes no difference what other people say. As long as you're in good health and the Dr. says you're fine, then worry about what makes YOU feel good. Be you, not someone's ideal of what you should be.
And remember, there IS such a thing as too thin. If women get way too thin that's when health problems accure. If we're too thin, our period leaves, which isn't a good thing..because with that comes problems.
Also, remember that fat is what pads our nerve cells and keeps it from damage. If you're too thin, then neurological problems can and do happen.
Be happy with yourself. There's nothing wrong with YOU being YOU.

you sound great. If you're not happy with something, do not diet and don't do manic exercise at your age- try some sport that you actually like and play with friends, stick to mostly healthy food, and enjoy being young.

That seems a bit low actually...the site I just checked recommends:
small frame 111 - 124
med. frame 121-135
lg. frame 131 - 147
for someone of your height...I certainly wouldn't attempt to lose any weight if I were you, lest you become unhealthily thin.

maybe you feel like you need to tone up... working out will change the way your body looks and you might even gain a couple of pounds if you really work out hard core.... but it will be muscle so it weighs more...

if its 108 pounds... then its perfect as your Body Mass Index (BMI) comes around 19
but if its 108Kgs... then dude you are "morbidly obese" .. your BMI is getting close to 42 .. which is dangerously high
