for christmas i told my boyfriend not to buy me a gift because everytime he buys me a gift he spends a ton of money and then complains i dont appreciate it and dont wear it even though i do.so this year i was like dont buy me nothing.and so he did....great ...we got into a agruement about it.im mad cause he never listens to me.i would have been happy with a "merry xmas" but no he goes out and spends alot ,i know he would cmomplain about it later.what should i do? return the gifT? give him his money back?

You should be gracious, but at the same time explain to him that although you love the gift, you would rather him spend his money on himself or a nice date for the two of you. Good luck

Apple pie you put your boyfriend in a hard spot.You set yourself up to get your feelings hurt and be mad no matter what he did.I have been there you left him no way out .Try to prevent these things in the future.It will help you be a happier person.
