but he is 10 yrs older than me
i cant say that i have the same feelings but i just like him
i cant hurt him?

If you love someone, you have chosen him.
If you are not in love with him then you may hurt him if you choose him for the matter of love.

10 years is no big deal unless you are like 20. You need to grow up some. Being older and wiser has it's benefits.
