No. Penguins are birds. Birds, per se, are not mammals.
Penguins have feathers, beaks and lay eggs, all avian (Bird) features. Mammals have hair, give birth and are warm blooded. You put this question in the birds category. Here's a tip. birds are never mammals. Ever.
