eart alot of chicken, people put hormones in it, that will help u grow, do some stretching exercizes that will make u grow, if u do this every day i garantee that u will grow up to one foot, drink lots of milk and water. eat alot of vegetables too

You will never be tall... I am short myself.. there is nothing.. just be happy with yourself.. there are clothing that can give alusions.. Shoes with a little heel.. not too much because than it looks like you are trying to be tall and comes off more like a joke then fashionable. and put a little curl in your hair.. not too much.. or your hair up! wear slimming clothes.
Then when you are ready for marraige.. marry a tall man like I did so that the short history ends with you.
I am 5'1" and my son is 6'3" and my daughter is 5'7".
And pray for peace of mind and thank the Lord for making you a huge gift in a small package! And be successful and a giving person.. and live for all the right reasons. People will look up to you no matter what size you are! Be big in spririt!

I hate to tell you but most of those things are myths. Yoga and Pilates can mmake you look taller. The only thing that makes you actually get taller is your genetic makeup.
Try to enjoy being little. Some of us crazy tall amazon women would love to be so petite. :)

at whole foods (if there is 1 near you) you can get 'teen athlete' vitamins. even if you are not an athlete all they do is give you energy, but they have a special chemical that stops your growth plates from fusing for a while, then you'll be taller. if you cant find them just wear high heels, or take up bellydancing- did you know shakira is 4'9" too? noone notices cuz shes shaking her butt soo much.

Other than eating a balanced diet and letting nature take its course, there isn't really anything that can make you taller other than surgery. How tall are your parents? That will usually give a good idea about how tall you may get.

Eat healthy especially fruits, vegetables, and foods high in calcium for good bone structure. Also, check your posture. Stand up straight and don't slouch. Tallness, also, is genetic. If your parents are short, youl're going to have a tendency to be short. I'm 5'2" and 31 years old. I know how it is. :)

wear heels, not only will u appear taller, but ur stance will be less slouched, walk with ur sholders back and ur head held high, dont look at the floor.
wear vertical stripes and two peice clothing instead of dresses, to the eye u will appear taller.

Go to ISS. Without gravity you get an inch longer.
Option 2: sleep upside down hanging from the ceiling.
Option 3: use spice girl shoes (with those thick bottems) Not high heels: they are bad for you feet and back.
