Kill the Buddha.
" Why kill the Buddha? Because the Buddha you meet is not the true Buddha, but an expression of your longing. If this Buddha is not killed he will only stand in your way."

I don't believe in the Buddhism or Hinduism religions. I like some things about the religions but there are lots of beliefs and common practices I don't like. I would not do anything if I met Buddha on the street... except maybe say hello.

The Buddha's final words were, "All composite things pass away. Strive for your own salvation with diligence."
The Buddha's body was cremated and the relics were placed in monuments or stupas, some of which are believed to have survived until the present.
(For example, "The Temple of the Tooth" or "Dalada Maligawa" in Sri Lanka is the place where the right tooth relic of Buddha is kept at present.)

Well I'm assuming that if I were a Buddhist I would bown down & pray to him but since I'm not I wouldn't know who he was
