you can get shiny hair from specialized conditioners, and shampoos. There are actually brands that make shampoo and conditioner just to give you smooth shiny hair. Usually on the bottle (if you go to a store) it will say for frizzy hair, or for shiny hair, or to give you smooth hair. Look for something that will give you smooth sleek hair. That's what I'd do. Good luck!

If you refrain from washing your hair everyday your natural oils will develop and when you brush your hair it will be shiny without applying any products to your hair. Switch to every other day or so. Letting it dry naturally instead of blow drying is a good thing too. Blow drying, does exactly that dries out your hair.

There are plenty of shampoos and gels out there that you can use that make your hair apear shiny. I use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine weightless anti-frizz serum. It really works. Not only does your hair apear to be shiny, but it also doesn't frizz, even if its humid outside :) its great

washing your hair with a good shampoo and conditioner and using a serum usually does the job :] avoid blow drying, too as this dries the hair.
