most people want to lose weight but i want to gain i am 95 pounds and i want to gain weight around my butt and belly area

You can't spot gain weight any more than you can spot lose it...when you put on pounds the fat distributes around your body, although some people will collect it first or moreso in some areas than others (such as belly first, before butt or legs).

Eat healthy but increase your calorie intake if you want to put on some pounds...be careful though and do it the right way...don't eat junk food to gain weight...

You can go to GNC or another nutritional fitness store and buy some of the weight gain protein shake mix. You can mix it with juice or milk usually. That should help you to put on some extra pounds. Just be sure to stay active so you don't gain weight everywhere and look out of shape. There are exercises you can do that will build muscle and fill out those areas for you.

Eat more foods that contain fat, but exercise as well though! Don't do too much exercise though if you wanna gain weight. Eat nuts, chocolate, chips, crisps everything most people like and you should put on weight! Don't over do it with the crisps though coz they are really unhealthy! Also remember to still eat healthy food as well as the things i listed above. Good luck! x

I am the opposite. I want to lose weight, but I do know how do gain weight. All you have to do is eat. Eat like everything. Not at one time,though. I guarantee it will help!!

Buy the weight gain shake mix, they have about 2000 calories per shake. Just be consistent and drink it every day. If you only drink one from time to time you body will just burn those extra calories up.

to gain "good" weight: eat the same types of foods you're eating now just in more quantities. You don't want to shock your body with crappy foods (fast food, sweets) just to put on weight. instead of a 6 in sub, eat a 12 in.. instead of one bowl of cereal in the morning, have 2 and a few bananas.. eat healthy just in more quantities.. you'll feel better AND put on weight
