I would like to access it someplace where I cannot get Internet.

It can be found in your PCs "Temporary Internet Files" folder right after it plays from this website :

http://www.americanangst.com/dingfries.html

Do a search on your C drive for a file called : burgerking2.swf

How do you expect to download it if you don't have the internet?
