Where in Hoboken do I go to take PATH into the city?

I asked a question earlier about parking in Manhatan and it seems thast the best idea is to park in Hoboken and take the PATH train into the city. Where in Hoboken do I do this and does the train go to Times Suare?

At the Hoboken Train Station

It dosn't go into Times Square (42nd & Broadway & 7th Ave), the last stop is 33rd Street (33rd & Broadway & 6th Ave, Herald Square).

Also consider taking the NY Waterway Ferry, also at the Hoboken Train Station, and you can catch the free NY Waterway bus to Times Square from the Manhattan Dock (38th & Hudson River)
