You can download some things free like lots of Podcasts, a new song that iTunes makes available at no charge every Tuesday and 1 or 2 other songs that come up in their "Free on iTunes" section every week.

Other than that you have to pay for everything.

well the above mentioned or an alternative to itunes such as lime wire or a favorite of mine www.aresgalaxy.org unlimited free downloads music movies and software free you could try buying the cards from walmart or gas stations its the easist way to buy them but theres no way to get whatvever song you want from itunes free
