i reelllyy want to know how you get a animal ie. a parrot howw too talkk itss amazzingg anndd i rely want to know the answer !

Repetitive speech towards parrots is the way to get them to talk. My macaw says over 200 phrases. My baby Macaw is just learning to talk, and she already says I love you, yummy, step up and "No biting!" LOL

She learns from what I say that is enunciated clearly, and generally with passion.

Get the parrot to like you while you're repeating the same phrase over and over. I have 6 birds and it isn't even necessary to teach them because they do it to get my attention. When they get the idea that you're trying to get them to talk you can move to phase 2, which is approaching the bird and when it talks give it a treat (I recommend Cheezits - the real ones).

Talking to them alot. Amazingly they will take words and make their own sentences whether or not they have heard them. Mine make sentences out of words they have heard all the time. Yes they are definitely amazing and loving animals.

you say what u want the parrot to learn, if it does not say it or say it correctly you pluck one of its feathers out and so on. if the parrot has no more feathers then get a new parrot and try again

the other answers are right repeating and repeating, then treat them when they get it right. then they will do it for the treat. and if they do a trick without prompting treat them & treat them, then they will do the trick for a treat after you work with them. and do it at a special time each day, this will work. (:
