I'm not looking for anything fancy or exotic. I'm just looking to duplicate the basic egg nog available in grocery store dairy cases this time of year.

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash salt
1/2 cup bourbon or brandy (optional)
Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients. Chill. Garnish with nutmeg. Refrigerate leftovers.

Use only clean, uncracked, grade A eggs

Nix the egg nog and get something else. I think egg nog tastes nasty, especially if it's not cold. It reminds me of baby formula! How about hot apple cider with Cinnamon sticks?

Take some eggs crack it and put it in the blinder and there it is egg nog
