well, it would be kind of weird to just out of the blue say hi gorgeous or hi beautiful to just any girl that passes by. maybe ask where a store is or something? and then strike up a conversation. but if you do choose to say either one, you would probably be ignored. i think you should say, hey you look really beautiful. not just hi beautiful. haha good luck
