I get the same way. I usually go to the bathroom and take care of myself in the stall. Im a female and when you got to do it you got to do it. So looks like someone has to pee.

Find a distraction that temporarily has your attention in a positive manner, like jogging or something that requires physical effort. Do not try to think of things that depress or spoil your mood.
